Highcliffe Residential Home employs senior care staff, care staff, Activities Co-ordinator, a cook, a domestic, a laundry person and a caretaker.
All staff complete induction training, which is inclusive of moving and handling, first aid awareness and various other courses, and senior staff have completed Leadership course.
Staff are encouraged to train for NVQ levels two and three.
All staff training needs are constantly monitored and reviewed. Highcliffe is dedicated to ensuring staff receive the training required to provide all residents with a level of care that is a standard of excellence.
